Accommodation Price list

Accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people.

Price: 2 900 Kč/person/night

Children up to three years old stay for free.

Starting from December 1, 2025, the price will increase to 2 900 Kč/person/night.

The price includes: all equipment including bedding, firewood, dishes, etc., a gift bottle of wine, all local air fees including final cleaning.

Book your available date

A refundable deposit of 4000 CZK is required. This deposit is paid in cash at the beginning of your stay and will be returned at the end of your stay.

If your stay begins in more than 30 days, you first pay half of the total price of the stay. The remaining half is paid 30 days before the start date.

Can I bring a pet?

It is possible. The extra charge is 500 CZK.

Is drinking water available at the accommodation?

Drinking water is not available at the accommodation.

What kind of sockets are in the accommodation?

The accommodation only has 12V sockets (USB ports).

By what time do I need to check in?

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, a gift will be waiting for you – a bottle of wine from the Moravian winery of Mr. Pavel Koutný from Mutěnice.

By what time do I need to check out?

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

How and when is the payment for accommodation made?

You pay via bank transfer. Instructions will be sent to you after booking the accommodation. A refundable deposit of 4000 CZK is required. If the stay begins in more than 30 calendar days, you first pay 50% of the total accommodation price. The remaining half is to be paid 30 calendar days before the start of your stay. The refundable deposit is paid in cash at the beginning of your stay and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

By when can the accommodation be canceled?

Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the accommodation is free of charge. For cancellations less than 30 days before the start date, the paid 50% is non-refundable.

Where can I park?

Parking is directly at the property.

Is the accommodation suitable for everyone?

The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Where is the accommodation located and how to get there?

On the map, you can see the highlighted route that will take you by car to the plane. In Rodvínov, turn towards Horní Skrýchov and then follow the route shown on the map.

During the winter months and during extended rainy periods throughout the year, access to the accommodation involves a partially unpaved road, making it more difficult to reach and sometimes requiring a 4x4 drive. This situation occurs rarely, and updated information is available by phone prior to your arrival. If you don’t have a 4x4 vehicle, we offer a shuttle service from Jindřichův Hradec to the accommodation and back to your car at the end of your stay.
